Cancellation Policy

Consultation Policy We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our consultation policy below: Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their consultation up to 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation, depending on availability. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation will not incur any fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or deducted from any pre-paid balance. Failure to attend the consultation without prior notice (a "no-show") will be treated as a late cancellation and will also incur the $50 fee. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled consultation without notice, it may be considered a missed appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within the remaining appointment time, but extended sessions cannot be guaranteed. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to cancellation fees may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
